CORPORATE DESIGN
in the 3rd semester of media design
At the beginning, the initial situation in which the company will operate is analyzed, including the existing problems or challenges that need to be addressed. This initial situation serves as the basis for the business idea, where the group thinks about how to solve the identified problem and the motivation behind starting the company.
An important step in this process is the naming of the company. Not only is the name itself determined, but also the meaning behind the name and the desired associations it should trigger in customers. Existing companies or brands with similar names are also considered.
The company's range of services is precisely defined, including the products or services to be offered. The unique characteristics and unique selling points are highlighted, as well as the benefits for customers. The target groups for these products or services are identified, as are direct and indirect competitors.
The geographic scope of the company is also determined, including whether it should operate regionally, nationally or internationally. The company's headquarters and potential branches or subsidiaries are determined. Consideration is also given to the distribution channel through which the products or services are to be sold, as well as the associated opportunities and risks.
Overall, this task involves a comprehensive analysis and planning for the establishment of a new company, from the initial brainstorming to the detailed development of the range of services and the business strategy.
